Topps Clear & Dry Solvent is a deep, penetrating, siliconized transparent sealer for use on unpainted masonry or concrete. Seals out moisture and helps prevent migration by creating an invisible shield that lines the microscopic capillary openings that can lead to damp and stained interior walls. NEVER flakes, peels, or chips.
